介绍了铝型材专用聚酯/TGIC型砂纹粉末涂料,针对砂纹粉末涂料生产使用过程中经常出现的光泽异常问题进行了分析。砂纹粉末涂料光泽异常往往会导致涂膜的颜色差异影响装饰性、更甚者影响到涂膜的性能。通过分析探讨影响铝型材专用砂纹粉末涂料光泽稳定性的影响因素,并对各个影响因素进行了条件对比实验。实验的最终结论是:砂纹剂、固化剂的添加量对砂纹粉末光泽稳定性有着至关重要的影响。

The special polyester/TGIC molding powder coating for aluminum profile was introduced. The abnormal gloss problems often occurred in the production and application of sand powder coatings were analyzed. The abnormal gloss of sand powder coating often leaded to coating color difference,affecting decoration and even the coating performance. The influencing factors of gloss stability of special sand powder coatings for aluminum profiles were analyzed and discussed,and the relative factors were compared. The result showed that the addition amount of sand grain agent and curing agent had a crucial influence on the gloss stability of the sand grain powder.
