N-羟基-N-2-[N-(对氯苯基)吡唑-3-氧基甲基]苯基羟胺的合成

Synthesis of N-hydroxy-n-2-[N-(p-chlorphenyl) pyrazol-3-oxymethyl]phenylhydroxylamine

N-羟基-N-2-[N-(对氯苯基)吡唑-3-氧基甲基]苯基羟胺是以2-[(N-对氯苯基)-3-吡唑氧基甲基]硝基苯和水合肼为原料合成的,考察了催化剂中Pt含量,原材料配比,水合肼滴加时间和反应温度N-羟基-N-2-[N-(对氯苯基)吡唑-3-氧基甲基]苯基羟胺收率的影响。在最优条件下,N-羟基-N-2-[N-(对氯苯基)吡唑-3-氧基甲基]苯基羟胺的收率为95.0%以上,该路线简单经济,条件温和,收率高,适合工业化生产。

As an important intermediate of pesticides,N-hydroxy-n-2-[N-（p-chlorphenyl） pyrazol-3-oxymethyl]phenylhydroxylamine could be synthesized by the reduction reaction from the raw material 2-[（N-pairs of chlorobenzyl）-3-pyrazol-oxy methyl]nitrobenzene and hydrazine hydrate. The process and the influences of factors on the yield were studied,such as Pt contained in catalyst,ratio of raw material, hydrazid drop time and reaction temperature. Under the optimal condition,the total yield was 95. 0%. The process exhibited mild reaction conditions and high yield,and was suitable for industrial production.
