摘要 对抽水蓄能电站机组开机至额定负荷过程、机组开机对临近机组影响进行了试验研究。分析这两种过渡过程中,蓄能机组和电站厂房的振动特性。结果表明:机组开机至额定负荷过程中,导叶开启及导叶开度回调瞬间对机组冲击较大,机组与厂房出现了较大振动。机组的开机及运行对临近机组的振动没有明显影响,但对临近机组的厂房振动有一定的影响作用,厂房振动出现了明显变大。当机组稳定运行后,对临近机组的厂房振动没有明显的影响。 The test study on a process of a pumped storage unit start-up to the rated load, and the influence of the unit start-up on the adjacent operating unit was carried out of the pumped storage power station. The vibration characteristics of the pumped storage unit and the hydropower house are researched by analyzing these two transition processes. The results show that in the process of unit start-up to the rated load, the impact of the guide vane open and guide vane callback on the unit is larger. There is a large vibration for the unit and the hydropower house. The start-up process and the operation of the units have no obvious effect on the vibration of the adjacent unit. But the hydropower house vibration of the adjacent unit has a certain influence, and the vibration become obvious larger. When the units begin to operate steadily, the hydropower house vibration of adjacent unit doesn’t been significantly affected.
