摘要
为了有效解决深部矿井巷道支护难题,以平顶山天安煤业四矿为例,分别对"3次喷浆+2次锚杆支护+多次注浆加固"与防剪切高强预应力锚网索支护技术进行研究,以"先柔后刚、先让后抗、柔让适度、稳定支护"为科学支护理念,确立了锚杆支护为主,注浆、联合支护等多种支护手段并重的支护格局,全面推广注浆加固技术,研究得出:把锚网喷、钢丝绳立体网格骨架、锚索支护、注浆加固多种支护技术融为一体,使支护体与围岩体趋于均质、同性、等强的特性,围岩由表面到深部形成一个整体稳定的大支护圈体承载结构,最终实现巷道长期稳定的效果,研究为有效解决深井复杂条件支护难题提供了新思想新实践,推进了矿井安全生产标准化工作。
In order to effectively solve the problem of deep mine roadway supporting,taking No.4 Mine of Pingdingshan Tian'an Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.as an example," 3 times spraying + 2 times anchor supporting + multiple grouting reinforcement" and anti-shear high strength prestressed anchor supporting technology were studied in this paper,with the " soft first and then stiff,yield first and then resist,moderate soft and yield,stable supporting" as the scientific concept of supporting,the supporting structure of bolt supporting,grouting,combined supporting and other supporting means were established,grouting reinforcement was also promoted fully.Research has come to: many supporting technologies are adopted,such as bolting and shotcreting,steel wire rope,solid mesh frame,anchor rope supporting and grouting reinforcement,to make sure the supporting structure and the surrounding rock tends to be homogeneous,isotropic,and with same strength.surrounding rock forms a large branch of the overall stability of the bearing retainer structure from the surface to the deep,finally realize the long-term stability.The research provides a new idea and new practice for effectively solving the complex supporting problems of deep well,and promotes the standardization work of mine safety production.
