液压回撤设备在综采工作面的应用研究

以平煤股份六矿戊_(9-10)-22270综采工作面末采回撤为工程背景,首次应用了新型双臂液压吊装机和液压支架回撤设备,双臂液压吊装机主要适用于刮板输送机的电机、减速机、中部槽的安装、拆除和装卸车以及采煤机的装卸车工作。该设备体积小,质量小,设计合理,操作简单,故障率低。新型设备的应用,改变了原有回撤工艺速度慢、环节多、效率低、事故多、岗位多、安全性和适用性能差等特点,降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率,回撤时间由50 d减少到30 d,大大提高了回撤速度,降低了人工成本及巷道维护费用,同时也保证了综采工作面回撤阶段的安全性。

The engineering background of six mine in pingdingshan coal group,first applied the new hydraulic hoisting machine and hydraulic support arms retracement equipment.Arms hydraulic hoisting machine is mainly suitable for the scraper conveyer motor,deceleration machine,the installation of the central trough,dismantling and loading and unloading car,loading and unloading of coal winning machine work.The equipment is small in size,light weight,reasonable design,simple operation and low failure rate.The application of the new type of equipment changes the speed of the process of retracement,low efficiency,low efficiency,more accidents,more jobs,safety and application performance.The application of new equipment reduces the labor intensity,to improve the work efficiency,retreat time reduced by 50 days to 30 days,greatly improve the speed of retreat,greatly reduce the labor costs and roadway maintenance,but also guarantee the safety of the retreat stage of fully mechanized working face,the application effect is good.
