摘要
针对原沿空留巷技术存在对煤层顶底板条件要求较高、不适用于破碎顶板等弊端,新庄煤矿利用松脆围岩新型高水材料巷旁充填沿空留巷技术,对沿空留巷巷道超前支护材料及支护方式的选取进行了研究,并进行了多次井下试验。通过对不同的补强支护方式和支护材料进行井下支护效果检验,掌握了各种支护材料和支护工艺对巷道补强支护的影响,据此设计了破碎顶板条件下的沿空留巷巷道支护方式,解决了破碎顶板条件下的沿空留巷作业无法实现问题,成功实现了极近距离煤层采空区下沿空留巷并对沿空留巷工作面进行了回采,留巷效果良好。该技术充分证明在极近距离煤层采空区下作业也是可行的,且得到了破碎顶板条件下最佳的补强支护方式和支护材料,可为豫东矿区乃至全国相同条件下的沿空留巷工作和煤炭回采工作提供参考经验。
In allusion to original gob technology of coal seam roof and floor conditions,higher requirements do not apply to broken roof defects.In order to solve these problems,the use of the surrounding rock in Xinzhuang Coal Mine crisp new high water material packing technology along the goaf,on gob tunnel ahead supporting materials and supporting methods to select the research,and many underground tests were carried out.Based on the different support methods and supporting materials for mine supporting effect test,to master a variety of supporting materials and supporting technology of roadway support effect,according to the design of broken roof under gob roadway,to solve the broken roof condition gob operation can not be achieved,the gob-side entry lane of goaf in very close seam had been successfully achieved,and the gob-side entry working face had been mined,and the effect of retaining roadway was good.It was fully proved that the technique of gob-side entry retaining technology was feasible in the near distance coal seam goaf,and the best reinforcement support mode and support material were obtained under the condition of broken roof,for the same conditions in the mining area and the gob coal mining work and providing valuable experience.
