永煤集团铁路运处从2012年开始着手实施车站远程控制,将矿区单一车站控制改建成区域集配或集中控制的行车组织模式,经过几年的摸索总结,整理出一系列车站远程控制的安全联控措施。对光传输设备进行调研,匹配合适的光纤直放站,有效解决了受控车站通信弱场、盲区、无线通信中断的问题,保障了现场作业人员与远程车站通信联络的顺畅性;从现场维检修作业与远程车站联控安全着手研究,采用编制维检修计划、维检修信息登记把关、维检修作业联络三方面环节进行联控把关,保障了维检修作业的安全、高效;通过在受控站场部署远程电子眼及建立调度无线传输系统,提升了远程车站对现场作业动态的整体把控和调度计划、命令信息传输的快捷、高效、准确性。永煤集团铁路运处实施远程控制以来,通过这一系列的安全联控措施,既保证了矿区铁路的安全、高效运行,又在创新管理、减人提效方面进行了行之有效的探索。
