摘要
以超级杂交籼稻"扬两优6号"和中粳稻"南粳45"为材料,于水稻始穗期叶面喷施我们配制的一种新型生长调节剂,研究了水稻干物质运转、籽粒充实、产量性状及稻米品质性状的情况。结果表明:与空白对照相比,叶面喷施该生长调节剂显著提高了稻茎中同化物质的运转率,促进了茎鞘中非结构性碳水化合物向籽粒的运转,从而提高了水稻籽粒的结实率、充实度、千粒重及每穗粒数,进而显著提高了水稻产量,理论产量分别增加了16.89%和11.06%;使用该生长调节剂亦显著降低了籽粒的垩白粒率和垩白度,降低了水稻籽粒中直链淀粉含量,增加了籽粒中粗蛋白的含量。
Using super hybrid indica rice variety “Yangliangyou 6”and super middle japonica rice variety “Nanjing 45”asexperimental materials,we sprayed a kind of new-type rice growth regulator prepared by us on the leaf surface of super rice at initial heading stage,and studied the dry matter translocation,grain filling,yield traits,and rice quality characters of super rice.The results showed that:as compared with the blank control,spraying the rice growth regulator on leaf surface significantly increased the translocation rate of assimilative substance in rice stem,promoted the translocation of non-structural carbohydratesfrom stem and sheath to grains during grain filling,enhanced the grain setting rate,grain plumpness,1000-grain weight andgrain number per spike of rice,and then significantly improved the theoretical grain yield of these two super rice varieties by16.89% and 11.06%,respectively;the foliar application of this rice growth regulator also significantly reduced the chalky grainpercentage and the rice grain chalkiness degree,lowered the amylose content in rice grains,and increased the content of crudeprotein in rice grains.
