原料预混处理在造纸法再造烟叶生产中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用源于4个烤烟主栽区的烟梗、末棒及烟叶碎片等3类再造烟叶原料,通过生产实验,探讨了3类再造原料化学成分的均匀性和预混处理对原料均匀化、产品批次间化学成分稳定性的影响。实验结果表明:烤烟生物学特性和气候环境条件决定了烟梗、末棒及烟叶碎片3类原料的钾、总氮、烟碱等化学成分含量差异性,其差异性达到极显著水平(P<0.05),并且空间变异度较大(12.70%~66.02%)。预混处理能显著提高烟梗、末棒及烟叶碎片等3种原料的均匀性,各类原料的各项化学成分含量的变异系数都能稳定在5%内。预混处理对产品批次间的质量稳定具有较好作用,尤其是总氮、烟碱、钾和氯的含量,在批次间的差异性未达到显著水平(P<0.05)。 The tobacco stem,tobacco stick and tobacco scrap from 4 major tobacco production regions were used as the rawmaterials of paper-making reconstituted tobacco. The effects of raw materials premixed processing on the uniformity of chemicalcompositions in raw materials and the stability of chemical compositions in different batches of reconstituted tobacco products wereresearched through production experiments. The experimental results indicated that the biological characteristics of flue-cured tobacco and the climatic conditions decided the differences in chemical compositions among 3 types of raw materials;there were verysignificant differences in the content of potassium,total nitrogen and nicotine among tobacco stem,tobacco stick and tobaccoscrap,and their spatial variability was relatively big (12.70% ~66.02%). Raw materials premixed processing could dramaticallyimprove the uniformity of raw materials. The variation coefficients of content of various chemical compositions in three types of rawmaterials were within 5%. Raw materials premixed processing could well assure the quality consistency of different batches of paper-making reconstituted tobacco products.
