生产性服务业与制造业的相长机制及对西部地区产业集聚的启示

The Constructive Mechanism between Producer Services Industry and Manufacturing Industry and Its Enlightenment for Industrial Agglomeration in West China

本文借助D-S模型从供给侧视角分析生产性服务业与制造业的相长机制,并通过格兰杰因果检验验证这一机制的存在。通过空间基尼系数度量发现我国西部地区各类工业集聚度普遍低于东部,实证了我国东西部地区的中心外围产业布局;回归分析中主要发现西部地区生产性服务业与制造业发展存在结构性问题。因此,积极培育和发展生产性服务业,形成产业内和产业之间的需求效应是促进西部地区制造业集聚、产业升级和结构转型的有效途径。

This paper analyzes the constructive mechanism between producer services and manufacturing industry from the supply side perspective by using D-S model and verifies the mechanism through Granger causality tests. Also,the result of this paper shows that industrial agglomeration degree of western region is generally lower than the eastern region by measuring spacial Gini coefficient and verifies the center-peripheral industrial layout in both regions does exist.The regression analysis shows that there are structural problems in producer services and manufacturing industry in China's western area. Therefore,we should actively cultivate and develop producer services industry because the demand effect arise from intra-industry and inter-industry could effectively promote the manufacturing agglomeration,industrial upgrading and structural transformation in west China.
