济南都市圈市场一体化水平测度与进程分析

On the Measurement and Procedure of Jinan's Metropolitan Market Integration

本文基于2007—2015年济南都市圈七个城市9种类别消费品相对价格的三维面板数据,采用建立于相对价格理论的市场一体化测度模型,从商品市场一体化角度评价济南都市圈一体化的市场整合程度。研究发现,自济南都市圈概念正式提出以来,济南都市圈的市场整合水平呈现"平稳—起伏—平稳—起伏"的变动趋势;区域内商品市场相对价格的波动范围逐渐趋于收窄,即总体来看,都市圈内商品市场的整合程度在逐步提高;而从都市圈内部各城市的发展来看,济南都市圈7个城市的市场一体化发展进程并不完全一致,其市场整合程度从高到低排列依次是淄博、德州、济南、泰安、聊城、莱芜和滨州。

Based on the theory of relative price,this paper measures degree of Jinan's metropolitan market integration from the perspective of commodity market integration. The three-dimensional panel data which covers nine categories of consuming goods in 7 cities around Jinan metropolitan area from 2007 to2015 is researched.The result shows that Jinan's metropolitan market integration experiences a course of "Stable-Fluctuating-Stable-Fluctuating " trend since the concept of Jinan Metropolitan Area was proposed; the relative price's fluctuating range of regional commodity market has become narrower,which means the degree of Jinan's metropolitan market integration has been gradually increasing; in terms of individual city,the development of market integration keeps unbalanced,the extent of market integration arranging from high to low is Zibo,Dezhou,Jinan,Taian,Liaocheng,Laiwu and Binzhou.
