峰谷电价体制下成品油管道经济运行的研究

摘要 以管道安全运行为前提,在完成每天任务输量的基础上,建立了峰谷电价体制下成品油管道优化运行的数学模型,求解最优的分时输送方案;以国内某条成品油管道为例,使用混合遗传算法进行优化运算。考察了电力费用的节约比例随日输量变化规律。运算结果表明:采用峰谷分时输送策略降低成品油管道的耗电成本是可行的。通过合理安排不同时段每台泵机组的启停状态、转速以及管道输量,成品油管道的电力费用将会大幅度降低。 A mathematical model is established for the product oil pipeline systems based on the Time-of-Use price. The objective of the optimization model is to provide the operator with the least-cost operation policy on the premise of maintaining the daily desired delivery schedule and keeping the safety of the pipeline. The analysis is carried out for a product oil pipeline system. During the study, Hybrid Genetic Algorithm is used to solve the problem. And the transformation law of daily electric saving percentage which is changing along with daily throughput is investigated. It turns out that some improvements in operation of product oil pipeline systems can lead to considerable savings in costs. If the variable speed units could be equipped with the pipeline, the electric costs will be lowered dramatically.
