摘要 立足技师学院打造具有"工匠精神"的技能人才培养出发点,论证了实训车间开放的可能性。基于自主学习条件下的开放型实训室,有效地搭建了"学做一体"的技能训练学习平台,提高了基础实训设备的使用效率,改善了学生的动手学习活动环境,促进了学生工艺规范的养成。 This paper conducts the powerful demonstration about the openness of vocational training workshop,which built on the technician college's philosophy-creating the technical talents with the spirit of craftsman. It points out that the effective construction of the technical training study platform of"the integration of study and practice",based on the open vocational training workshop accessing to the autonomous-study condition indeed boosts the usage efficiency of the fundamental training devices,improves the students' practical study environment and enhances the cultivation of student technological standard.
