摘要
植物体内水分运输是各器官密切联系和各种生理代谢有序进行的根本保障。对水分含量高低和运输路径进行可视化,在无损条件下对植物体内水分运输结构进行成像分析,是多学科多技术交叉研究的热点。目前对谷物籽粒中水分排出的机制和路径研究非常欠缺,有关小麦(Triticum aestivum)穗部各组织的维管束结构和走向,尤其是颖果和穗部维管束的联络关系等尚存疑问。本文综述了植物体内水分运输路径可视化研究策略和技术的进展,并结合多年研究基础预测了小麦颖果中水分排出的方式,对研究中存在的问题进行了展望。
Water transport through the whole plant connects various organs and is critical for metabolism. It has been a hot point of multi-disciplinary and multi-technical studies on visualizing the water transport in the vascular tissues under non-destructive conditions. However, it remains unclear of the development of vascular tissues in the rachilla and spikelet, the mechanism and path of water discharge in the grain, and especially the role of vascular tissue in this process. In this review, we summarized the progress of the strategies and techniques applied for the visualization of water transport pathway. We also discussed the potential mode of water expelled from wheat(Triticum aestivum) caryopsis based on our preliminary study and the unresolved questions.
