摘要
有时地铁轨道结构高度无法满足正常要求,故需设计超薄型轨道结构。经分析,选择无枕式整体道床方案更佳。结合其他薄型轨道结构设计,并采用了植筋、选用复合纤维混凝土等辅助措施,实现了超薄型轨道结构的可实施性。为了验证荷载作用下轨道结构的承载能力,用4 800 mm长的轨道板进行静载强度试验,用3 600 mm长的轨道板进行疲劳加载试验。试验结果表明,在1.5倍列车轴重条件下,轨道板强度的各项指标符合设计要求。
Since the tunnel track structure height cannot meet the normal requirements, the design of ultra-thin track structure is required, and the ballastless track is considered to be the best one. Combined with other designs of thin track structure, supplementary measures like the composite fiber concrete and so on are adopted to make feasible implementation of the ultra-thin track structure. To verify the effect of load bearing capacity of the track structure, experimental studies are carried out, including static load strength test with 4 800 mm long slab and fatigue loading test with 3 600 mm long slab. The results show that under the condition of 1.5 times train axle load,the indicators of the strength of the track plate could meet the design requirements.
