摘要
根据城市轨道交通车辆系统牵引逆变器的结构组成和技术特点,研究设计了一种方便实用的车辆系统牵引逆变控制器专用测试平台。详细说明了该测试平台的组成,阐述了测试内容及过程。该测试平台通过生成牵引逆变控制器主回路运行所需要的电源输入和功率负载以及相应的控制逻辑,对车辆系统牵引逆变器主回路控制功能进行测试,从而对牵引逆变器主回路运行的控制逻辑和控制效果进行离线测试,以判断其功能是否正常以及相应的故障情况。使用该测试平台可实现牵引逆变控制器的功能快速检测和故障快速识别,满足牵引逆变器功能测试和故障检测等设备大修要求。
According to the structural and technical characters of traction inverter, a convenient and practical test platform for traction inverter of urban rail transit vehicle system is designed. In this paper, the structure and test content of the platform are described, which tests the control functions of the traction inverter system (MLTIS) on the main loop,through generating the power input and power load needed by MLTIS, and the corresponding control logic. The platform runs off- line test for control logic and control effects of MLTIS to determine whether the traction inverters' function is normal so as to identify the related faults. This platform could detect inverters' functions quickly and identity the faults of traction inverter controller,finally meet the overhaul requirements of function test and fault detection of traction inverters and other equipment.
