摘要 通过使用非接触式3D人体扫描仪,对60位男性人体进行测量,并结合其在男式内裤设计中的部分应用情况展开了分析。首先从测量结果中筛选出自然腰围、最大臀围、全裆长、腿根围等共计12个相关尺寸,其次对有关于男式内裤设计的关键人体尺寸数据进行了单独探讨分析,旨在优化早期结构设计中所用到的单一的人体尺寸,并增加及细化了有关部位的数据采集,为男式内裤的设计提出了较详细的基础信息,对人体数据在内裤结构设计中的使用提供了一定的参考。 Sixty male bodies were measured by the non-contact 3D body scanner, and its application in the designof menJ s underwear was analyzed. Firstly, twelve related dimensions such as natural waistline, the maximumhipline, crotch length and leg root circumference were selected from the measurement results. Secondly, a separateanalysis of the key body size data on men? s underwear design was made with an aim to optimize thesingle body size used early in the structure design. Also, the data collection of relevant parts was increased andrefined, which puts forward basic information in detail for the design of men? s underwear and provides referencefor the use of human data in underwear design.
