提出并论述了红帮裁缝是国家级大工匠的观点,在此基础上,从4个方面举要论述红帮的大工匠意识:一是惟新惟大;二是积微成著;三是坚守本业;四是极致――以"绝活"打天下,以"极品"征服世界。呼吁在红帮故乡宁波为红帮前贤立一尊纪念碑。

This paper puts forward the viewpoint o f Hong Bang tailors being great national craftsmen. Based onthis, the paper discusses the great craftsman consciousness in four aspects. The first is to seek the new and greatthings. The second is the accumulation o f small things. The third is to stick to the business and the fourth is thepursuit o f acme, i .e., to fight the world w ith unique and to conquer the world w ith masterwork. The paper alsocalls for the erection o f a monument for Hong Bang ancestors in their hometown o f Ningbo.
