Reflection over the Cultivation of Design Talents for Modern Productive Service in Textile and Garment Industry

在产业转型升级背景下,纺织服装产业从"制造型"向"服务型"转变,需要大力发展生产性服务业,现代生产性服务型人才需求凸显。文章在分析纺织服装产业转型升级与生产性服务业发展的关系及对人才要求的基础上,提出纺织服装现代生产性服务型设计人才培养改革的探索思路。

Under the background o f industrial transformation and upgrading, the textile and garment industryhas changed from “manufacturing” to “service” and it needs to vigorously develop producer service. Thedemand o f modem service-oriented talents w ith productbility is prominent. Based on the analysis o f the relationshipbetween the transformation and upgrading o f textile and garment industry and the development o f productiveservice industry, and the demand o f talents, this paper puts forward exploring ideas about the cultivationo f design talents for modem productive service in textile and garment industry.
