Infection Investigation of Porcine Circovirus Type 2 in Leshan Pigs Slaughterhouses

摘要 为了解乐山市定点屠宰生猪的猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)感染情况,本试验对2016年6月~2017年5月收集的生猪脾脏采用PCR快速检测方法进行PCV2病毒DNA检测。结果显示:乐山市定点屠宰生猪PCV2的阳性检出率为68.12%,感染较为严重。 In order to investigate the infection of porcine circovirus type 2 （PCV2） in Leshan pigs slaughterhouses, the samples of slaughter pig＇s spleen were collected from June 2016 to May 2017. PCR method was used to deteet PCV2 DNA. The results showed that the positive rate of PCV2 was 68.12%, its prevalence in Leshan area was serious.
