Safety Evaluation of Fermentation Bed for Pigs Breeding

为评估微生态发酵床养猪技术在生产中的安全性,本试验在某养猪场分别采集发酵床的表层、中层、深层垫料样品,对其中的大肠杆菌进行分离、鉴定,并进行小白鼠致病性试验。结果显示:从发酵床垫料中分离到的6株大肠杆菌都具有致病性,可见微生态发酵床养猪模式存在一定的安全隐患。

In order to evaluate the safety of microecological fermentation bed for pigs breeding, this experiment chose the padding samples from the surface, middle and deep parts of the fermentation bed in a pig farm, isolated and identificated the samples＇ Escherichia coli. Then, the pathogenic experiment was carried out on the mice. The results showed that 6 strains of pathogenic E.coli were successfully isolated from the padding samples, so we thought that microeeological fermentation bed for pigs breeding had some hidden dangers.
