摘要
文章以铝加工企业料卷转运为例,介绍了一种专利性的室内中短程物料运输系统的特点及其取代传统运输方式的可行性。应用地面无线式子母交互运卷轨道小车,可将现代的智能化存储仓库与各相关生产设备链接起来,并可取代轧机的托盘运输系统,在带材精整区域实现运卷自动化,省工、节资、节能、高效实用。对于从事大、重物料加工制造的企业也可借鉴和实施。
Taking the coil transfer of aluminum processing enterprises as an example,this paper introduces the characteristics and feasibility of a patented interior medium & short range material transportation system. Modern intelligent storage warehouse and the relative production equipment can be connected by wireless mother-baby transportation coil car,and the traditional pallet conveying system can be replaced,therefore,the automatic coil transportation in finishing workshop can be realized,the purpose of saving manpower,cost,and energy,efficient and practical can be achieved. This system also can be referenced and implemented by enterprises which engaged in large and heavy materials processing and manufacturing.
