宫腔镜电切术联合人工周期预防再粘连方案治疗中重度宫腔粘连 被引量:4

Hysteroscopic Electric Resection Combined with Artificial Cycle Prevention for Moderate and Severe Intrauterine Adhesions

摘要 目的观察宫腔镜电切术联合人工周期预防再粘连方案治疗中重度宫腔粘连的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月至2016年12月于郑州市第七人民医院妇产科就诊的中重度宫腔粘连患者96例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=48)与对照组(n=48),对照组患者仅给予宫腔镜电切术治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予人工周期方案治疗,对比2组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有妊娠要求的患者6个月内妊娠率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的月经量显著多于对照组(P<0.05),子宫内膜厚度显著厚于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜电切术联合人工周期预防再粘连方案治疗,可有效改善中重度宫腔粘连患者的子宫内膜厚度,术后妊娠率较高,临床治疗效果显著。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic electric resection combined with artificial periodic prevention in moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions.Methods A total of 96 patients with moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions were randomly treated with hysteroscopic electric resection alone(control group,n=48)or in combination with artificial periodic prevention(observation group,n=48)in our hospital between January 2014 and December 2016.Therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the total effective rate,pregnancy rate within 6 months,menstrual blood volume and endometrial thickness significantly increased in observation group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic electric resection combined with artificial periodic prevention can significantly improve the endometrial thickness and increased the postoperative pregnancy rate in patients with moderate and severe intrauterine adhesions.
