头颈部肿瘤患者放疗后口腔溃疡的护理效果

Nursing Management of Post-Radiotherapy Oral Ulcer in Patients with Head and Neck Tumors

目的探讨头颈部肿瘤患者放射治疗(放疗)后口腔溃疡的护理效果。方法将实施针对性护理干预前、后分别收治的42例和40例头颈部肿瘤患者纳入观察组和对照组,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上实施针对性护理,比较2组患者疼痛消失时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、干预后口腔溃疡诱发因素知晓率及口腔黏膜反应分级。结果观察组患者疼痛消失时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间均明显短于对照组,观察组患者干预后口腔溃疡诱发因素知晓率明显高于对照组,观察组患者干预后口腔黏膜反应0度所占比例明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预能够提高放疗后口腔溃疡的治疗效果,缩短康复时间,提高患者对口腔溃疡诱发因素的知晓率。

Objective To investigate the nursing management of post-radiotherapy oral ulcer in patients with head and neck tumors.Methods Eighty-two patients undergoing radiotherapy for head and neck tumors were given routine nursing care alone(control group,n=40)or in combination with targeted nursing intervention(observation group,n=42).The time to pain disappearance and oral ulcer healing,awareness rate of risk factors for oral ulcer,and oral mucosal reaction classification were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the time to pain disappearance and oral ulcer healing was significantly decreased,and the awareness rate of risk factors for oral ulcer and proportion of patients with grade 0 oral mucosal reaction were obviously increased in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention can improve therapeutic effect,shorten recovery time and increase awareness rate of risk factors for oral ulcer in patients with oral ulcer after radiotherapy for head and neck tumors.
