摘要
在香港教育界,香港中文大学主持的学校改进计划是持续时间最长、影响最大的一项改进计划。这一改进计划经历了以下四个阶段:"跃进学校计划"的试验阶段、"优质学校计划"的发展阶段、"优质学校改进计划"的丰富阶段和"优质学校改进计划:学习差异支援"的深化阶段。在对改进历程的认识、改进计划的理念、推进思路等方面,香港都带给内地很多启示。
In Hong Kong, the school improvement programme led by the Chinese University was the longest, most widespread, and most infuential programme. It has experienced four stages: the trial stage of Accelerated Schools Project, the enriching stage of the Project of Quality School Improvement Project, the deepening stage of the Project of Quality School Improvement Project: Learning difference support.In the idea of the process of the school improvement, the concept of the the practical approach of school improvement and so on, the Chinese university school improvement programme has brought a lot of implications to China's Mainland.
