摘要
总线变压器是应用在MIL-STD-1553B总线系统中的变压器,在总线系统与终端之间起到信号传输、隔离、耦合、短路保护、直流隔离和阻抗匹配的作用。阐述了总线变压器的工作原理,并举例介绍了设计方法和过程。首先,选择变压器的磁心,通过计算确定磁心形状;其次,选择使用的漆包线和线径;然后,计算变压器各绕组匝数;最后,确定变压器绕制顺序,它决定了漏感和分布电容。完整的变压器设计是一个复杂的过程,应结合电路进行试验并调整,设计出符合实际应用的器件。
As a transformer used in MIL-STD-1553B bus system, bus transformer plays the role of signal transmission, isolation, coupling, short circuit protection, DC isolation and impedance matching between the bus system and the terminal. In this paper, working principle of bus transformer has been explained, and design method and procedure given by example. Firstly, we should choose the core of transformer and determine the shape of core by calculation. Secondly, we choose wire and wire size. Then we calculate the number of turns of bus transformer. At last, we should confirm the winding order, determining the leakage inductance and distributed capacitance. The complete design of transformer is a complex process, and should be tested and adjusted on the circuit to meet the practical requirements.
