环氧树脂基混凝土细观结构数值模拟与性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 在细观层次上对新型桥面铺装材料环氧树脂基混凝土进行了研究,将其看作由骨料和环氧树脂基体二相介质组成的复合材料,应用蒙特卡罗方法模拟出材料的二维多边形骨料分布的几何模型;并于Ansys/Ls-Dyna与Hyper Mesh平台上进行数值模拟。根据试验的级配建立了相似的数值模型,进行了准静态压缩显式分析,得到了材料的弹性模量以及压缩强度。将数值计算的结果与试验结果进行了对比分析,结果表明,数值模型在材料的弹性模量与压缩强度计算上与试验结果吻合较好;并且能够较好地表现该材料的裂纹扩展形式。 Epoxy polymer concrete( EPC),as a new type of bridge deck pavement material,was studied at the meso level. It is considered as a two-phase composite material composed of aggregate and epoxy resin matrix. The geometric model of the material was built by the Monte Carlo method and the numerical simulation model was calculated based on Ansys/Ls-Dyna and Hyper Mesh platform. A similar numerical model is established according to the gradation of the test,and the quasi-static compression explicit analysis is carried out to obtain the elastic modulus and compressive strength of the material compared the numerical results with the experimental results,conclusion was got that the numerical model is in good agreement with the experimental results on the elastic modulus and compressive strength of the material.
