摘要 为了能够使近红外探测器快速获取来袭激光的二维方位角、波长,提出了一种基于FPGA架构的驱动控制技术。上位机为了能够方便、快捷地控制探测器,采用VC++编写的上位机通过USB传输到FPGA,再通过FPGA将相应的命令发送给探测器,对它的工作方式增益、带宽、积分时间进行灵活的配置;FPGA相应的控制探测器的帧频、行频以及数据配置引脚使探测器能够输出有效的数据;然后通过USB上传到VC++上位机对有效的数据进行采集显示。利用此方法对波长为850 nm的激光从不同的方位角进行入射,用编写的VC++上位机成像软件进行数据采集处理,对采集到的图片进行分析;依据光斑强度确定零级、一级,推算出来袭激光方位角、波长,实验表明波长分辨率小于10 nm,角度分辨率小于2°。 In order to enable the near infrared detector to obtain the azimuth and the wavelength of the incoming laser,a driving control technique based on FPGA is proposed. The host computer in order to control the detector conveniently and quickly,using PC VC ++ prepared by USB transfer to FPGA,and then sends the command corresponding to the detector by FPGA,a flexible configuration of the way it works,gain bandwidth and integration time; the corresponding FPGA control frame and data line detector,pin configuration the detector can output valid data,then the effective data acquisition and display by USB upload to the VC ++ host. The wavelength of 850 nm laser incident from different azimuth angle by using this method,using the VC ++ PC imaging software written to the data acquisition and processing,the collected images were analyzed,based on spot intensity determination of zero order,first-order,calculated attack laser azimuth angle,wave length,experiments show that the wavelength resolution of less than 10 nm the angular resolution is less than 2 degrees.
