摘要 为研究压裂车车架的动态特性,以避开其共振频率,达到延长寿命的目的。应用有限元法,基于SPRING和RIGID BEAM单元模拟悬架,建立SHELL单元为主的车架有限元模型,对车架进行前6阶模态分析并与模态实验结果对比,误差13%以内证明有限元模型准确性,并对振型及应变能云图进行评价。考虑作业过程中载荷特点,研究动载荷作用下车架的谐响应特性,获得特定位置的位移、加速度响应曲线。计算结果表明:压裂车车架的频率分布合理,避开了发动机的怠速频率,主车架前部结构相对薄弱;泵的激励对压裂车振动影响较大,泵在工作时注意避开2.5 Hz、3.6 Hz工作频率,该频率附近车架易引起共振。 Dynamic characteristic research was performed of fracturing truck frame in order to prolong its lifetime. For predicting the dynamic characteristics of fracturing truck frame,using spring and rigid beam to simulate the suspension system,finite element model was established mainly by shell element. First 6 order natural frequencies and mode shapes information of the frame were acquired by modal analysis. Compared with the modal test result,the relative error is less than 13%,which proves the accuracy of finite elements analysis. The design quality by using modal information was evaluated. Harmonic response triggered by dynamics loading from operation of pump and engine was studies to illustrate the dynamic characteristics of the frame. The conclusion was that the natural frequency distribution of the frame is reasonable and the front part of the frame structure is relatively weak.The vibration mainly caused by pump,fracturing pump should avoid operating under 2. 5 Hz and 3. 6 Hz in order to prevent resonance phenomena.
