摘要
为了研究汽车低速行驶时的转向特性,针对转向梯形造成的车轮运动侧偏角和受力进行了分析。根据受力平衡原理和运动协调条件,分别建立车轮受力方程式;并采用数值计算的方法对各个车轮的侧偏角进行求解。结果表明,前外轮侧偏角最大,所受侧向力最大;其次是前内轮,后轮也受到一定的侧向力;后内轮受力比后外轮大。试验现象支持理论分析,证明该分析方法是有效的。
In order to study the steering performance at low speed,tire forces and slip angles were analyzed.Relative equations were established according to the equilibrium condition of forces and deformation compatibility condition respectively. The equations were solved by numerical calculation method. The calculation results show that the front outer tire bears the maximum force,followed by the inner tire. Two rear tires also bear forces to some extent,and the rear inner tire bears force larger than the rear outer tire. Tests were carried and the results support the above calculation,which can prove the validity of the calculation method.
