摘要
通过研究工业炉窑中空气系数和热量损失之间的关系,应用热平衡理论推导,提出一种新的炉窑控制方式。以炉窑温度为控制对象,用PLC来控制最佳的空燃比,使燃烧达到最高效状态。较之前传统测量烟气中氧含量的控制方式,该方法有滞后时间短、性价比高、设备维护成本低的良好特性。
Based on the study of tlie relationship bet^veen excess air coefficient and heat loss in indus-trial furnace,a new control metliod of furnace was put forward. The temperature of the furnace wastaken as the control object,and PLC was used to control the optimal aitraditional method of measuring the oxygen content in the fue gas,the mshort delay time,high cost performance and low maintenance cost.
