Analysis and determination of leakage in heat exchangers for air-conditioning

对冷凝器和蒸发器内漏的原因进行科学分析与判定,能够提高铜管生产及冷凝器和蒸发器的制造水平,有效降低内漏率,减少企业经济损失。本文针对空调冷凝器和蒸发器内漏的原因,通过金相分析的方法对铜管缺陷部位进行分析,结合退火前后铜管金相组织的差异,达到判定损伤是发生在铜管生产阶段还是两器生产阶段的目的。

The scientific analysis and judgment on leakage reasons of condenser and evaporator will improve the manufacture skill of copper tubes,condenser and evaporator,as well as reduce the leakage rate and the factory cost.According to the leakage reasons of condenser and evaporator for air-conditioning,the defects of copper tube are analyzed using the method of metallographic analysis.Combined with the metallographic structure differences of copper tubes before and after annealing,it can judge that the damage happens during manufacture of copper tube or condenser evaporator.
