摘要
报废汽车拆解线的作业模式与普通的生产线有很大不同,由于报废汽车车型、参数、车况都各不相同,很难用预先定义的工艺信息来指导实际操作。于是,各工位的作业效率很大程度上依赖于工人的经验知识,从而导致拆解线作业节拍降低并影响拆解效率。基于RFID技术构建了报废汽车拆解线生产调度系统的软硬件结构,并结合工艺数据库和知识库建立拆解线的实时调度系统,该方法有助于提高报废汽车拆解线的拆解效率,同时提高零部件的再利用率。
The operating mode of end of life vehicle disassembly line is different from the general product line.Because there are so many types of vehicle, the parameters and the states are all different. It is difficult to instruct theactual operation with pre -defined process information. Thus, the operating efficiency of work station relies on theworker's experience in a great extent. Consequently, the operation tempo of disassembly line will decrease and theefficiency of disassembly work will also be affected. In this paper, the hardware structure and software structure ofscheduling system for end of life vehicle disassembly were presented based on the RFID technology. And then, the realtime scheduling system was realized by combining the process database and knowledge base. This approach will help toimprove the efficiency of end of life vehicle disassembly line. In the mean time, the rate of reuse of component will beincreased.
