盆底康复治疗仪结合盆底肌肉锻炼治疗女性盆底功能障碍的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument combined with muscle training in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction

目的:探讨盆底康复治疗仪结合盆底肌肉锻炼在女性盆底功能障碍(PFD)治疗中的临床疗效。方法:选取PFD病人124例,根据随机抽签原则分为联合组与单纯训练组,各62例,联合组采用盆底康复治疗仪结合盆腔肌肉锻炼治疗,单纯训练组仅应用盆腔肌肉康复锻炼治疗,疗程为4周。并采用症状自评量表对治疗后病人的生活质量进行评分。结果:治疗后,联合组临床疗效明显优于单纯训练组(P<0.01)。治疗前2组病人盆底肌电位差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组病人盆底肌电位较治疗前显著增高(P<0.01),且联合组病人盆底肌电位升高程度显著高于单纯训练组(P<0.01)。治疗后联合组病人的躯体强迫、人际关系、敌对、偏执和精神病性评分均较单纯训练组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:盆底康复治疗仪结合盆腔肌肉锻炼治疗PFD能有效改善病人的预后及盆底电生理特性,提高病人的生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of the pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument combined with muscle training inthe treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction（PFD）. Methods：One hundred and twenty-four female patients with PFD were randomlydivided into the simple training group and joint group（62 cases each group）. The simple training group and joint group were treatedwith the pelvic floor muscle training and pelvic floor rehabilitation instrument combined with muscle training for 4 weeks,respectively.The scores of quality of life in two groups were evaluated after treatment using SCL-90. Results：After treatment,the clinical efficacy injoint group was better than that in simple training group（P 〈 0. 01）. There was no statistical significance in muscle electrical potentialbetween two groups before treatment（P 〉 0. 05）. After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle potential in two groups significantly increasedcompared with before treatment（P 〈 0. 01）,and the increasing degree of which in joint group was significantly higher than that insimple training group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. After treatment, the scores of compulsion, interpersonal relationship, hostility, paranoid andpsychoticism in joint group were significantly lower than those in simple training group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions： Pelvic floorrehabilitation instrument combined with muscle training can effectively improve prognosis,electrophysiological properties of pelvic floorand quality of life of patients with PFD,which is worthy of promotion and application.
