万家寨引黄工程近期抽水电价分析

摘要 泵站抽水电费是引黄工程输水运行过程中最重要的成本,尽可能降低电费对工程可持续发展具有重大意义。文中介绍了引黄工程近年的电价形成机制,重点以引黄工程当前规模下的正常运行方式为基础,分别按两部制大工业用电、大用户直接交易的电价政策,对电价进行测算,并对形成的多种电价的优缺点进行分析,探讨适合引黄长远发展的电价模式。 The electricity expenese used by pumping stations to pump water in the operation process of the Wangjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project is the most important component part of the project's operation cost.To reduce the electricity expenses as much as possible has significant sense for the sustainable development of the project.The paper introduces the formation mechanism of the unit electricity prices of the Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project in recent years and on the basis of the normal operation mode under the current scale of this project respectively calculates the unit electricity prices according to two kinds of two-part-system unit electricity price policies,ie re the large industrial user of electricity and re the direct transaction with the large user of electricity,analyzes the advantage and disadvantages of many kinds of formed unit electricity prices,and explores the suitable electricity price mode for the long-term development of the Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project.
