Innovative Design and Research of New Fire Fighting Clothing Function

分析当下消防服存在的问题,从颜色、身份识别系统、反光带的设计使用情况、生命体征监测器设计、外置时间显示器和服用材料等方面介绍新型消防服的创新功能设计。结果表明,在现代火场内复杂多变的救援情况下,提升新型消防服的创新功能设计非常必要。新型消防服采用冷色系色调、精准的卫星定位系统、反光带采用随人体的走势而设、将生命体征监测器置入消防服内、通过智能纤维材料在衣服靠近手腕处增加时间显示器等创新设计,将给予消防员更高的生命保障。

The existing problems of fire protection clothing are analyzed, from color, identity recognition sys-tem, design and use of reflective belt, vital signs monitor design, the new function design of new fire fighting clothing is introduced in the aspects of external time display and wearing materials. The results show that, in the modern fire scene, complicated and changeable rescue situation, it is necessary to improve the innovative function of new fire fighting clothing. The new fire suit adopts cool tone, precise satellite positioning system, the reflective belt is designed according to the trend of the human body, put vital signs monitor into the fire clothes, the inno-vative design of intelligent fiber material is added to the wrist near the wrist to increase the time display, will give firefighters a higher life support.
