日照港散装大豆机械化采样系统性能试验

摘要 为了使散装大豆的采样获得具有代表性的样品,国际上先进的采样标准倾向于采用机械化采样系统。因此,如何对散装大豆机械化采样系统进行验收就显得尤为重要。文中主要介绍了在日照港应用的散装大豆机械化采样系统性能试验,性能试验可考核系统的采样精密度、采样准确度、水分损失等指标,通过对散装大豆机械化采样系统的性能试验,以及获得的数据统计,作为评判系统是否符合要求依据。 In order to obtain representative samples of bulk soybean samples, the international advanced sampling standard tends to adopt mechanized sampling system. Therefore, it is particularly important to make bulk soybean mechanization sampling system accepted by people. The application of bulk soybean mechanization sampling system performance test in Rizhao Port was introduced. Performance test was carried on to inspect the precision degree of sampling, the accuracy degree of sampling, water loss and other indicators. The performance test of bulk soybean mechanization sampling system, and data statistics could be the basis of evaluation system to meet the requirements.
