Application of PDCA cycle model to improve nurses' on time night Visit rate in the application of time point method

目的:探讨PDCA循环模式在应用时间点提高护士夜间按时巡视率的应用效果。方法:应用PDCA循环模式中的计划、实施、检查、处理四个步骤对导致护士夜间按时巡视率低的原因进行分析,找出要因,并根据要因,制定改进措施,并组织实施,检查计划实施的结果,比较应用PDCA前后夜间按时巡视率。结果:应用PDCA循环模式半年后,护士夜间按时巡视率提高了5.9%,实施前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用PDCA循环模式在应用时间点可显著提高护士夜间按时巡视率,确保患者安全。

Objective:Discusses the application of PDCA cycles in time to improve nurses night visit on time rate of application effect.Method:Application of PDCA circulation pattern in the planning,implementation,inspection,processing four steps to the nurse by analyzing the reasons for night patrol on time rate is low,find out by,and according to the will,make improvement measures,and organize the implementation,the results of the inspection plan,compare the difference between before and after the application of PDCA night visit rate on time.Result:Application of PDCA circulation pattern after six months,the nurses night visit on time rate increased by 5.9%,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Application of PDCA cycle model in the application of time point can significantly improve the nurse night visit on time rate,ensure patient safety.
