十八大以来,各级党组织都积极深入地落实党中央提出的全面从严治党的要求。尽管党建工作是中国共产党在革命时期克敌制胜的法宝之一,也是改革开放以来中国从贫穷走向富强的关键因素,但没有恰当的切入点和载体,也难以真正达到各个时期教育的目的和目标。从实际的党建工作中,中国共产党在革命和建设年代的一个优良传统就是对党内政治生活的严格要求。实践证明,这后来也成为中国共产党典型的政治优势。而且,在改革开放新的时期,严肃党内政治生活也成为党建工作的现实要求。从具体开展的路径来说,主要是通过提升全党严肃党内政治生活的自觉性,发挥领导干部严肃党内政治生活的引领作用,健全严肃党内政治生活的制度体系来实现全面从严治党的要求。

The CPC organizations at all levels have been proactively solemnizing the political life within the party as requested by the central committee since the 18 th CPC National Congress. Although party construction is one of the key treasured approaches that contributed to the victory of CPC in the revolutionary era and a key factor that has been leading the country to develop from a poor one into a prosperous one since the reform and opening-up,it won＇t be easy for the construction to produce its due effects and fulfill its objectives without appropriate vehicles. The strict requirement on the political life within the party is a good tradition of CPC in the age of revolution and construction and practices have shown that it is a typical political advantage of CPC.Solemnizing the political life is also a realistic requirement of party construction in the new phases of the reform and opening-up. When it comes to the specific path,the requirement can be fulfilled mainly by promoting the spontaneous self-discipline of all members,exerting the leading role of leading cadres,and perfecting the institutional systems.
