摘要
山区农村卓越小学教师协同培养机制,是师范院校、地方政府、研训机构、小学等诸多主体协同实施人才培养的平台。详细介绍了"服务-促动"机制、"参与-沟通"机制、"评估-激励"机制的构建过程,为培养山区农村卓越小学教师的协同模式提供实践经验。
The mechanisms for collaborative cultivation of outstanding teachers for rural primary schools serve as a platform involving many relevant parties including institutions of teacher education,local government,research and training institutions and primary schools. This paper expounds the process of constructing servicefacilitation, involvement-communication and assessment-incentive mechanisms so as to offer practical experience for constructing the mode of collaboration.
