摘要
为提高隧道施工通风系统自动化、信息化水平,提出了一种基于工业以太网络的隧道施工通风监控系统结构框架。系统由上位工控机、下位1200系列PLC及相关模块和传感器组成。工控机中采用Win CC软件编写监控程序,实现隧道施工环境与工作参数的实时监测;采用神经网络算法对现场数据进行学习,得到变频器输出频率的控制规律;1200PLC通过485电缆读取传感器数据;1200PLC和工控机之间通过以太网网线、光纤和无线局域网构成工业以太网络,实现系统环境参数和工作参数的共享。系统在天目山隧道施工通风项目部进行了调试与测试,结果表明:1)1200PLC可以采用485电缆和Modbus协议在掌子面施工环境下顺利读取多个传感器的数据;2)可以采用无线WIFI技术实现衬砌台车两端信息的稳定、可靠传输;3)可以采用神经网络模型实现施工隧道环境参数与风机频率之间的非线性映射。
In order to improve the automatizaion and informatization level of tunnel construction ventilation system in China,a monitoring system of tunnel construction ventilation based on industrial Ethernet(IE) is proposed. The monitoring system is composed of industrial personal computer(IPC),1200 series programmable logical computer(PLC) and relative modules and sensors. The monitoring program of IPC is written by software Win CC,which can realize the real-time monitoring of tunnel construction environment and working parameters. The neural network algorithm is used to study the field data,which can obtain the control law of output frequency of the transducer. The industrial Ethernet between 1200 PLC and IPC is established by Ethernet cable,optical fiber and wireless LAN,which can realize the sharing of system environment parameters and work parameters. The system is debugged and tested in the construction ventilation project of Tianmushan Tunnel. The results show that: 1) The 1200 PLC can collect the data of multiple sensors smoothly by using 485 cable and Modbus protocol under the construction environment of tunnel face. 2)The technology of WIFI could be used to realize the stable transmission of information between the two ends of the lining formwork trolley. 3) The artificial neural network could be used to realize the nonlinear representation between the environment parameters and the fan frequency.
