摘要 刀具磨损检测已经成为盾构法施工隧道的关键技术之一,也是施工遇到的最大难题之一。为实现实时探查复杂地质条件下刀具磨损情况,掌握刀具磨损变化规律,及时更换刀具,减少盾构被迫停机次数,加快施工进度,结合超声波检测技术及无线通讯技术,研发一套盾构切刀磨损检测系统。现场应用证明:1)系统检测结果与实际测量结果一致性较好,超声波检测技术可用于盾构刀具磨损检测;2)433 MHz频段无线通讯技术传输信号准确、可靠,可用于盾构刀具在线实时测量;3)检测系统运行状态稳定,其方案设计合理,具有抗振、抗干扰和防水的性能。 The cutting tool wear detection of shield has become one of the key technologies of shield tunneling construction; also it is one of the greatest difficulties during shield tunneling construction. In order to realize real-time detection of the wear conditions and wear laws of cutting tool in complex geology,timely cutting tool replacement,reduction of unpurposed shield stop and speeding up construction schedule,a series of shield cutting tool wear detection system is developed based on ultrasonic detection technology and wireless communication technology. The application of the system shows that: 1) The detection results of the system coincide with the monitoring results well,which illustrates that the ultrasonic technology is available for shield cutting tool wear detection. 2) The 433 MHz wireless communication technology is available for online real-time monitoring of shield cutting tool; and it shows high accuracy and reliability.3) The detection system,has the characteristics of anti-vibration,anti-interference and water-proof; also it is stable and rational.
