摘要
为了适应医改要求,提高医疗管理质量,提高全院临床路径覆盖率,缩短平均住院时间,控制医疗费用合理,某三甲医院运用PDCA循环来开展管理,解决问题,通过根因分析法,找出主因,调整管理病种,建全管理制度,培训医师队伍,维护信息系统。经过2年的观察,临床路径覆盖率从3%提高到24%。应用PDCA循环管理,能有效提高临床路径覆盖率,通过全院开展临床路径管理,能缩短平均住院时间,控制费用合理。
To meet the requirements of medical reform,improve the quality of medical management,improve the hospital's coverage rate of clinical pathway,shorten the average hospitalization days,and control the medical expenditure rationally,a first class grade A hospital applied PDCA Cycle to establish a long-term management mechanism for the quality of clinical pathway. After the fundamental causes were identified by using Root Cause Analysis,the sorts of disease for clinical pathway were adjusted,the comprehensive management systems were established,the medical staff was trained,and the electronic information systems were maintained. After two years of observation,the hospital's coverage rate of clinical pathway improved from 3% to 24%. The result reveals that the application of PDCA Cycle was contributed to increasing the hospital's coverage rate of clinical pathway. By spreading the management of clinical pathway in the hospital,the average hospital stay become shorter and the growth of medical expense slows down.
