医学模拟教学在疼痛专科医师技能培训中的应用

Application of Simulated Medical Teaching to Skill Training of Pain Specialists

越来越多各种专业的医师开始从事疼痛专科工作,专注于慢性疼痛的诊疗。疼痛的规范化专科培训越来越重要,而患者的主体意识和维权意识也在逐步的增强,单纯的理论教学或者手把手操作,难以提高疼痛专科医师的临床操作技能,也增加了患者投诉的风险。为解决此问题,我科引进了医学模拟人穿刺教具用于疼痛专科医师的技能培训,结合理论授课的形式,有效提高了疼痛专科医师临床操作能力,具有较强的实用性、安全性。

Objective More and more physicians have been engaged in the treatment of chronic pains in Specialist Pain Units. This requires standardized training of pain treatment to specialist. Moreover,patients＇ consciousness of self-protection has been increasing. Acquisition of new clinical operation skills by pain physicians can hardly be achieved through simple theoretical training or hand-by-hand teaching. Poor training of skills will also increase the risk of patient complaints. Therefore,puncture simulator has been used as a teaching tool for skill training of pain physician. Integration with theoretical training contributes to improving operational skills of physicians for pain treatment and shows to be a practical and safe tool for pain physician training.
