脑卒中社区康复直通车——从化模式探析

Effectiveness of Community-based Through-train Rehabilitation Mode for Stroke Patients in Conghua

目的探讨脑卒中社区康复直通车模式(医院-康复中心-家庭三级)在从化地区脑血管意外患者中的应用效果。方法建立广州市从化区街口街脑卒中社区康复中心,运用社区康复直通车模式管理和治疗脑卒中患者,对患者康复情况进行统计分析。结果脑卒中社区康复直通车模式治疗效果理想,患者在医院-康复中心-家庭得到持续全面有效的康复治疗。结论脑卒中社区康复直通车从化模式是一种有效、可行和经济的方式和手段,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of the community-based through-train rehabilitation mode（ Hospital-Rehabilitation Center-Family） for stroke patients in Conghua District,Guangzhou. Methods The Community Stroke Rehabilitation Center was established at Jiekou Street,Conghua District in June 2010. Patients with stroke were managed and treated with community-based through-train rehabilitation mode. The rehabilitation progress of those patients was statistically analyzed. Results The effectiveness of community-based through-train stroke rehabilitation mode was satisfactory. Those stroke patients received a sustained,comprehensive and effective rehabilitation therapy with the Hospital-Rehabilitation Center-Family mode. Conclusion The community-based through-train stroke rehabilitation mode in Conghua District,Guangzhou is an effective,feasible and economic way to rehabilitate stroke patients and therefore is worthy of broader application.
