Consistency and Correction of Analyses between Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer HITACHI-7060 and TBA-120FR

目的探讨HITACHI-7060全自动生化分析仪与TBA-120FR全自动生化分析仪检测8个项目结果一致性的比较与校正。方法分别使用定标液、质控液及患者血清为材料,测定钙(Ca)、总蛋白(TP)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CREh)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)、肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、血糖(GLU),并通过校正因子,比较校正HITACHI-7060和TBA-120FR两台全自动生化分析仪的检测结果。结果 HITACHI-7060和TBA-120FR两台全自动生化分析仪通过检测患者血清的结果比较,并使用校正因子校正,使得两台全自动生化分析仪的8个项目测定结果具有高度一致性。结论实验室在使用不同厂家、型号仪器、试剂、质控及定标液的情况下,可以通过校正因子校正,使检测结果保持一致性,满足临床需要。

Objective To investigate the comparison and correction of the consistency of 8 items＇ analyses between automatic biochemistry analyzer HITACHI-7060 and TBA-120FR. Methods A sequence of standardized reagents,quality control and pooled patients serum were used to the analyse Ca,TP,BUN,CREh,LDH,CK,CK-MB,GLU. The detection results of automatic biochemistry analyzer HITACHI-7060 and TBA-120FR were compared and corrected by the correction factor. Results Eight analyses analyzed by automatic biochemistry analyzers HITACHI-7060 and TBA-120FR showed high consistency by comparing the results of the patients＇ serum. Conclusion The laboratory can make use of correction factor to keep the test results consistent and also meet the clinical needs on condition of using different manufacturers,types of instruments,reagents,quality control and calibrating standard solution.
