我国当前失独老人面临着生活、社会保障、心理抚慰等问题,社会工作专业服务有助于失独老人"自助"能力的提升,基于社会失范理论、社会排斥理论、心理防御机制理论和社会隔离理论的分析,从失独老人的社会心理特征、家庭结构和社会工作实务通用过程三个方面,分析了失独老人拒绝社会工作专业服务的原因,并提出社会工作介入的对策:加强对失独老人的悲伤辅导、建立失独老人互助小组、加强对失独老人个人支持网络和社会支持网络的建设、构建尊重失独老人的社会文化氛围,帮助失独老人认可和接受社会工作服务,重获生活希望。
