残疾人多维贫困的测算及其影响因素——以江苏为例

A Study on the Measurement and Influencing Factors of Multidimensional Poverty of Disabled People: A Case of Jiangsu Province

残疾人贫困既有因经济因素导致的贫,更有因身体残障和社会对残疾人的不良态度而造成的困。全面认识残疾人的贫困现状,对于到2020年实现残疾人全面小康的社会目标具有重要的理论意义与现实意义。利用AF方法,根据全国残疾人基本服务与需求专项调查数据,以江苏省为例,对残疾人多维贫困状况加以研究;通过构建Logistic模型分析残疾人致贫的影响因素。由此得出:残疾人受教育程度越高,发生贫困的概率越小;城镇残疾人比农村残疾人更易发生贫困;经济发达地区残疾人发生贫困的概率较小。

The causes of poverty for people witli disabilities are botli economical and mental derivedfrom social attitudes towards them. A comprehensive understanding of tlie current situation erty of tiie disabled is of great tiieoretical and practical significance for achiesociety for the disabled in 2020. Using the AF metiiod, according to the data of the National BasicService Situation and Demand for Disabled Persons, taking Jiangsu Province as an example, this paperstudies the multidimensional poverty situation of the disabled; and analyzes poverty of disabled by constructing the Logistic m o d e l. T h u s, the higher educatiobled, the less the probability of poverty; the urban disabled are mor e prone to poverty than the rural disabled ; the disabled in economically developed areas have less risl of poverty.
