摘要
玻璃在成形过程中的析晶现象对玻璃的性质有重要影响,利用MSC.Marc软件的二次开发功能研究了玻璃压延成型中的析晶问题,介绍了MSC.Marc软件子程序接口及开发方式。利用经典的尤曼析晶模型,编写了相应的UGRAIN子程序,并进行了算例分析。推测出玻璃成型中析晶温度的大致范围,分析了过冷度与玻璃析晶的关系。为玻璃压延成型工艺参数的优化以及深化玻璃晶化理论的研究提供了依据。
The crystallization of glass during the forming process has an important effect on the properties of the glass. The crystallization function of glass calendering was studied by using the secondary development function of MSC. Marc software. The subroutine interface and development method of MSC.Marc software were introduced. The corresponding UGRAIN subroutine was written by using the classical model of Unman crystal,and a case study was carried out. The approximate range of crystallization temperature in glass forming was deduced, and the relationship between undercooling and glass crystallization was analyzed. Which provides the basis for the optimization of glass rolling process parameters and the deepening of glass crystallization theory.
