摘要
为了研究戈壁环境下养护方式对混凝土桥墩强度发展的影响规律,首先对试验原材料进行了测试,然后对四种不同养护方式及不同养护天数下混凝土桥墩在不同龄期时的抗压强度和抗拉强度进行了测试和分析,对测试得到的混凝土在不同龄期的强度进行了曲线拟合,并对拟合的计算公式进行了误差性和实用性验证。结果表明:(1)相同养护天数下,标准养护强度最高,新材料养护、土工布养护、自然养护次之;(2)在相同养护方式下,14 d为最合理的养护天数;(3)在相同养护天数下,按照新材料养护、土工布养护、自然养护的顺序拉压比逐渐增大,拉压比越大,抗裂性越好;(4)通过误差分析及公式实用性验证,拟合公式满足要求,可进行强度计算。
In order to study the gobi environment influence on the development of the strength of concrete piers, the raw material were tested f irst, and then the four different curing methods and concrete bridge piers under different curing days in different age of compressive strength and tensile strength were tested and analyzed, the curves of concrete strength in different ages were fi tted, and the calculation formula of f itt ing error and practical was verified. The results show that:①under the same curing days, the standard curing strength is the highest, maintenance of new materials, geotextile maintenance, natural curing second;②under the same curing method,the most reasonable maintenance days is 14 d;③under the same curing days, according to the maintenance of new materials, geotextile curing, the order of the natural curing ratio gradually increases, the greater the tension and compression ratio, the better the crack resistance is; (4)through the error analysis and formula for practical verification, fitt ing formula meets the requirements, the strength calculation can be performed.
